Merry Meet!
Nice to meet you!
Merry meet!
I am Vereluna of Clan Triple Goddess, Daughter of Brigid and one of the Sisters of the New Moon.
I was born into a world where WhatsApp and Facebook didn’t exist yet… In fact, there wasn’t even the internet! Our world has undergone an incredible transformation over the past few decades. Technology has undeniably made our lives “easier”; connections are always within reach, and the world is more connected than ever… But with these changes, our attention has become fragmented by the constant barrage of stimuli fired at us.
Yet I feel that we are losing the essential connections: the deep connection between people, harmony with nature, and the connection with ourselves. We are out of balance. We put on a smile for the world, but often feel lost and alone.
We are cleaning up…
It is time to clean up. We must address the traumas humanity has inflicted upon itself: discrimination, disrespect, sexism, poverty, war, and greed. The consequences of slavery and witch hunts are still tangible. And there is still so much more…
We can decide now to clean up. We lick our wounds, teach each other to heal and reconnect. It is time to own less, live in the real world, and respect Mother Earth.
We must address our collective burnout, reconnect with our feelings, and realize what truly matters. It is time to shift from individualism to community and start enjoying life together. The power of connection will prevail; we are allowed to be happy again.
Let’s redefine strength
For millennia, strength has been expressed through conquest and self-interest. Let’s redefine strength as the ability to connect and share with one another. Instead of controlling and restricting, let’s support and liberate one another.
Free yourself from pain and connect
Will you join us? Pay it forward! Do good for others without expecting anything in return. Let those who wish to give back help someone else. This is how we create a wave of good deeds. Free yourself from pain, heal your wounds, and perform good deeds for those in need. Take care of yourself, respect your boundaries, and as long as you’re not harming anyone, do what you want! And remember to enjoy it!
